Aneta lives yoga and believes that yoga is the core to mental and physical wellbeing. She has trained with Shiva Rea, Ana Forrest, Doug Swenson, Donna Farhi, and keeps expandfing her knowledge and expertise.

When she doesn’t travel around the world with her yoga retreats and off beaten track wellness adventures, Aneta teaches regular yoga classes for group, corporates and individuals (60 and 90 minute).
